Yesterday, on the last day of August, I went for my usual lope around Stanley Park
When I say lope, I generally mean a half walk/jog type movement, and when I say around Stanley Park, I generally mean up the seawall and around Lost Lagoon and back (still pretty far)
Anyway, I've been doing my daily hour and a half excercise and enjoying the last rays of summer
Not that summer ends on September 1st. In fact, today is probably warmer than yesterday. But that's aside from the point.
