My best friend's daughter, Ffion, and I were coloring in her Hello Kitty coloring book the other day and I found myself having a hard time choosing colors for the clouds, Hello Kitty's bow, and the flowers. Literally, I was getting ajada from a lack of color scheme! When did I lose creativity and imagination? It must have been when I discovered the "never have to think about it" blouse. This blouse, with all colors already included, creates your scheme and all you have to do is match up the shades! Thankyouverymuch.

South by Southwest

I picked up this cardigan on major sale at Zara a couple weeks ago and immediately thought of how perfect it will be to wear for a music festival, street fest, flea/antique market...essentially, any outdoor warm weather activity. If I was going to South by Southwest in Austin this month, you better believe I'd be wearing this with a graphic tee, jean shorts, and gladiator sandals. But for now, I'll pair it with some cold weather earth tones and dream of sunshine!

Strike a Cord

I thought I was done with corduroy. I am over bootcut styles in general, and a flared option felt way too Grateful Dead for me. Then, I entered Loft. These skinny cords are the softest, comfiest, flattering-est pair of pants I have ever put on my behind. Considering I bought two pairs (featured in yesterday's post) and the website shows that they've received over 100 positive reviews, I suggest you hit up your local store and pick up a pair...or two.

Despite the fact that I have never watched "Back to the Future" in it's entirety, much to the chagrin of my bf, I like to think that I make up for it by owning a vest that Marty McFly would be proud to don.

Winter Sherpa

Dear friends,

If you've been following me on twitter, you would already know just how much I'm loving corduroy at the moment. This lovely baby blue skirt, is the latest to my cord collection, and I've already gotten so much wear out of it.

It has been crazy busy lately, with some very exciting things on the horizon. Holidays, work, and a brand new website, which I can't wait to share with you! As a bit of a heads-up, if you like Aussie fashion, you will love what I have lined up.
