This outfit encapsulates almost all of my sartorial fall favorites: boots, thick tights, rich colors, sweaters, and hats. Other non-clothing related autumn favorites include: drinking a potful of hot tea in one sitting, walks through beautiful and crunchy fallen leaves, the re-emergence of apple cider and hot cocoa, trips to the pumpkin patch, Halloween parties, coming in to a warm house from the cold outdoors, vegetable soup, and finally being able to hold Josh's hand again on walks. (Believe me, when it's 90 degrees out, the last thing you want to do is touch another person.)
